Tamara brings over two decades of engineering precision, project leadership, and systems thinking to the AI space. Her background spans quality management, large-scale field operations, and cross-functional team leadership — skills that translate directly into practical, implementable AI strategy.

As a kidney transplant recipient and healthcare AI advocate, Tamara understands what it means to navigate complex systems under pressure — and to design them with human beings at the center. This lived experience shapes every engagement she leads.

She is also the founder of R.O.S.E. Beyond the Numbers™, a health empowerment platform built around the R.O.S.E. Intelligence Framework™, and The ROSE STEM Project™, a youth STEM and AI education initiative for underserved communities.
